We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@smoothalpaca.com with your return request
2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number
3. Repackage the item and ship it back via your local post office

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email info@smoothalpaca.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit or gift certificate will be issued once the return is received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Please allow up to 7 days after we receive your return for processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit

• Returns received after 30 days are eligible for store credit only
